Marlene De Lorenzo
A former teacher, musician, artist and dancer, Marlene made her first bear in 1988 and was instantly besotted by the challenging and engaging nature of this art form.
Being an artist, it wasn't long before Marlene began creating and experimenting with her own designs and techniques.
Marlene conducts workshops and designs 90% of the patterns available at Teddy's Bits When not involved with the Teddy bear world, Marlene and John share their lives with five Chow Chows and are the proud owners of four Australian champions.
Marlene believes that her dogs are a major source of inspiration for her bear designs. |
